Darin Triolo
Originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania, Darin grew up on the east coast as a stand-out scholar athlete, eventually attending the University of Delaware where he was captain of the Division I soccer team while earning a BS in Civil Engineering.
After some international travel, Darin settled in Baltimore, MD as a Project Manager for a construction company. He learned invaluable negotiating skills to secure complex contracts and sales proposals, while managing field labor crews and facilitating project meetings with building owners and property managers. His engineering career taught him diverse communication and problem solving skills that he has brought into his real estate career.
Darin relocated to California in late 2000, started his career in real estate in Valencia in 2003, and has now been in San Diego since 2005 where he formed Team Synergy at Keller Williams Realty. As the President and head residential real estate consultant with Team Synergy, Darin has built his real estate business by referral and a dedicated passion to service his clients’ needs while helping them achieve their goals.
Darin is an integral leader of the Keller Williams San Diego Metro office, serving as a member of the ALC (Associate Leadership Council) and a Master Faculty instructor. He gives back to the community via his charitable work for the Monarch School- a local school for homeless children in San Diego, as well as other locally supported charities.
Darin’s unique background and experience have allowed him to build a very successful real estate business and he credits much of his success to the continued referrals he receives from his clients, friends, family, and business network.
